The New Zealand Women’s Law Journal — Te Aho Kawe Kaupapa Ture a ngā Wāhine is currently recruiting Technical and Associate Editors to join our editorial team for the 2026 edition of the Journal. If you’re passionate about advancing feminist legal scholarship and have strong writing and editing skills, this is a great opportunity to get involved.

Our volunteer editors are responsible for editing the articles that will make up the 2026 edition of the Journal, including suggesting improvements to style, syntax and legal accuracy.

The editing process will take place roughly from September to December. Each editor will, on average, work on two articles, editing them in pairs over two to three weeks. To submit your application, please fill out this Google form.

To complete this application, you will need to download and complete an extract, which can find here. Applications close on 14 June 2026.
